Dr. Lynn Flanagan, DMD

My first two appointments with Dr. Flanagan were excellent. When I arrived for my appointment today, the office was closed with a note on the door stating that the practice was closed due to COVID-19. I have no problem with this decision but I did not receive any sort of communication that the office was closed, which I found extremely unprofessional. My appointment was made six months ago in February, and the decision to close the office was made in March (according to the note left taped to the window). I would have appreciated either a phone call or email to let me know that my appointment was being cancelled so I would know not to waste my time driving out to a practice that was not open.

Dr Flanagan Is the best.He never lets me experience pain as I’m scared of Dentist.

The staff was fine. Wait time was tolerable. The office looks dated and definitely dirty. The dentist was not wearing a mask the entire time, had a cough/cold, did not wash hands, pants had a huge rip on side and dust stains all over, looked unkempt. Did not return. Went to different dentist for next visit months later. Stark difference in cleanliness and environment.

Look around the office and the room you are in. It is not clean. He jumps from room to room often forgetting what he was doing prior. He seems like a good person in general but that it not going to help when it comes to cross contamination and easy mistakes that turn into bigger problems.
