Dr. L is unprofessional at best!

As a retired FBI analyst I was annoyed at the practice not listening to my health issues and focusing on hi pressure sales tactics to agree to unneeded and unnecessary procedures in my case. At last visit Dr L gave me dental advice that bleeding gums & etc were indicative of bacteria dangerous to my heart valves and I needed to see a periodontist for a deep cleaning to avoid problems. I discussed this with a Mayo Clinic heart valve surgeon who disagreed and said the proper treatment should be to take a culture, identify the bacteria, and treat with an antibiotic regimen. We discussed mouth bacteria & heart valve issues and discussed my scheduled aorta heart valve replacement operation. Basically bacteria, cavities, and rotting teeth need to be treated by antibiotics, fixing cavities, and eliminating rotting teeth. Bleeding gums, if from first teeth, probably are due to too many mouth blood veins too close to the surface and a problem I've had for over 68 years. Hygienist was great

Appt canceled no known reason Told I had to “PROVE” it with the actual appt card and confirmation text Then it mysteriously changed to….oh yiu canceled the appt WHEN YOUR STAFF ACCUSES PATIENTS OF LYING, you need to evaluate your employees 2 patients lost- not sure it even matters

All went great took a tooth out never new it was done

Horrible scheduling and Dr. L is never available or in office. If you want a dentist you actually see this is not this place. However, my hygienist was wonderful and she was the reason I kept returning for years. After multiple texts and call from Aviles asking me to reschedule and my trying to work with them, I will be rescheduling with another dentist. Office visits are rushed and it feels like they are just shuffling as many patients in and out as possible without any concern for patient care. Also, be mindful they will try to add things to your bill without your knowledge, until you go to pay and they've tacked on an extra $30. Every time.

Dr Farley was my dentist in Colorado. The best dentist I have ever had. She was kind caring and always nurturing and I can’t say enough about her compassion toward her patients. I was looking her up, hoping she had returned to Colorado but to my disappointment she is in Florida. If you need an excellent dentist look no further.

Best dentist I’ve ever had. I’ve always been a 6 monthly check-up person so over the years have had to change dentists often due to the current location. Wow, good for me on this latest move, a friend recommended Dr.Lataize (Farley) she is awesome, efficient, friendly and caring... cannot praise her enough and her staff are amazing too. I decided to try the Invisalign system and she has guided me through each stage for the last 24 weeks and the results are truly amazing. I highly recommend.

Dr. Farley is always very professional and very experienced. But, what I like about her is her willingness to engage her patients, as a friendly and careing neighbor. It's great to receive that professional care from a "friend"!

Dr Lahaize was very professional, thorough, and pleasant. I was very happy with my first dental visit to Mill Creek Dental. I was also very impressed with the Hygienist, Tracy. She was pleasant and efficient.

I broke my permanent retainer & it was cutting my tongue & lip. Dr. Farley & her team got me an appointment the next day. I was seen soon after arrival. Dr. Farley fixed my tooth & retainer and I was out the door within 15min of arrival. A+++ service & care!

Dr. Farley was very thorough and efficient in her examination of my teeth. She has a very congenial doctor-to-patient demeanor.
