Dr. Madelyn Fletcher-Stark, DDS

I’m really sorry our previous dentist retired. The only reason we went with Dr Fletcher-Stark(who can’t seem to make up her mind which last name to use) is because our retired dentist’s hygienist went with her. Dr. Stark recommend I have one of my caps replaced. I agreed. What a horrible experience! She cut the roof of my mouth with her little saw and DISLOCATED my jaw. I couldn’t open my mouth wide enough to eat or brush my teeth for two months. Very painful. She said ‘That happens sometimes.’ I have had a lot of dental work done over the years but never have I had that happen! Since that replacement, my tooth has been highly sensitive to cold and pressure. After 3 months, I was finally able was able to go for a follow-up, ie corona virus. She looked at the tooth, said it was the tooth next to the one she had worked. Any excuse so as to not accept responsibility. She referred me to an endodontist and THEN charged me $106.00 when I thought it was to be a follow-up!!
