The problem isn’t the employees running the practice. The problem is the tight grip and how controlling she is with all of her employees. They aren’t allowed to call you back if they don’t take your insurance, or to answer questions regarding a bill, she controls everything and everyone in there. Why do you think every time you go there are new employees? You can’t have 50 rotten eggs during a time a practice is open. I have been told they can’t answer a question, write an email, send a statement or basically even say hello without her permission. This is not okay, this is not how you treat employees, and this is why she always has new staff. They want to help you, they can’t. Why do we call numerous times to get my daughters xrays even after paying the fee, to be told you can’t send them until the doctor approves the draft and hits send? Micro managing bull. Be prepared to be there for hours, even longer now with the virus. Employees aren’t wearing n95 masks & fans for cdc circulation

She is a greedy and petty doctor. She should have her license taken away for all of the unnecessary work she does on children. She takes advantage of well meaning parents and will condescend you for questioning her treatment plans. After getting a second and third opinion on a plan she had for my child, I realized that her fee was 40% higher than others in the area. Over a year after finding a new dentist, I received a bill for a DOS over three years ago. Avoid this place at all costs.

Here we are 4 months laters, I find a new Pediatric dentist to take my son to, and this office can’t find my sons xrays. They tell me that “846 is the going rate” and they’re “the cheapest around” for pulling out 2 baby teeth. Which maybe I would believe if the sedation my son received was IV or even gas, but it wasn’t. It was oral, and no one monitoring him with any kind of license. This is a statement of facts. This is exactly what happened.

They extracted 2 baby teeth under “sedation” my son remembers, charged my insurance company and then charged us an additional $490. Lied to my child about what they were doing, he screamed in pain for us to save him. They told us the electric was out, and didn’t even clean his teeth. They could’ve clipped & sutured his tethered top lip and didn’t. This practice is not safe there is no anesthesiologists on staff, the only one monitoring your kid is the DENTIST who should be doing the procedure.

Dr. Khoshkhou had a good "bedside manner" after she finally saw my child 45 minutes after the hygienist had finished cleaning her teeth. I would not recommend her practice due to her staff and how unhelpful and irresponsible they are in terms of not telling me that they did not accept my insurance until after they sent me the bill and how long it took for the office to return my call when I called to dispute the bill.
