Only saw her once and her bedside manner was so so. But she and her office are incompetent. Why do they think it's not important to tell someone that a) they have changed their dentist is someone new that just arrived in their office bc the regular guys left and B) not disclose that that person is not in your network, even though the office is. She is "in the process" I'm switching over. But in the meantime, I left with a huge out-of-pocket bill.
