Billing and front office staff are beyond rude and talk over you when you are just trying to understand which discount plan helps pay more. They won't let me use a different plan for me and another for my kids. They always historically have tried to shame people about how they are able to pay and with a discount plan they look down on you.
Dr. Soder is the only reason I drive from another town to let my kids experience her kindness and experience with dental care. I have seen her since she started her practice and was in a different location! I deserve respect but the Dr does not know what the staff does and says to the patients on the phone and even in person.

LOVE Dr Soder! There is no dentist like her. It's such a different experience with Dr. Soder, she really takes her time and is so gentle, and will also explain what she's doing step by step. I never have to wait long when I come in, usually they are ready for me before I even finish signing in. Overall the best dentistry experience I've had.

Dr. Soder and all the dental assistants are absolutely AMAZING! However; I do not think Dr. Soder is aware of how rude her billing staff is. I have been a patient of Dr. Soders for over 17 yrs & after speaking with the lady on the billing staff & receiving extremely rude customer service I doubt if we ever return. I asked to speak with Dr. Soder and it was denied. I no longer feel comfortable and that makes me feel awful as my family will truly miss Dr. Soder and her dental assistants. :-(

I was a patient of dr.soder . my son had his tooth knocked when he fell off his bike. This was a Saturday evening. I called her emergency line and she met me and my son that evening at the office with her beautiful dog.. SHE IS THE BEST. thank god it was a baby tooth. I had to file a bk in 2015 so when I scheduled an appointment to go back I was treated horribly by her staff. she was rude and so disrespectful to the point that I will not go back. And I know that dr.soder is not aware of this
