Awesome Friendly Dentist!!!!!!!
As soon as I entered the building, I was treated with respect and kindness, not only by the receptionist, but from the whole staff and Dr McKinney herself. They took good care of me and will keep doing so in the future! She, as well as her staff were, in my opinion, AWESOME! If you're looking for a great dentist, I highly recommend her.

The Best Dentist in Fort Smith!
I have been going to this office for 21 years, since I moved to Arkansas. She is an amazing, compassionate dentist with wonderful staff. She only recommends what you need to get done, and doesn't recommend extras that will break the bank. Absolutely love her!
