Dr. Marcy Keown, DMD

Dr. Keown and staff are wonderful! She and her staff are kind, caring and excellent at putting children at ease. Her office is a happy, child friendly environment and runs like clockwork. I love all the reminders you receive via text before the appointment . This office is top notch!

I have always had a great experience at this office. My kids have always been well taken care of. Even when one of them needed treatment they made the process so easy for him. I was nervous going into the appointment but clearly didn't need to be. I happen to be at the office in the waiting room when a lady was yelling at the front office staff so rudely in front of her children and mine. She was mad about HER insurance and wouldn't even let them try to explain it to her. She walked out of the office saying she was going to leave a bad review (and I can see she did) because she did not get her way. She then walked in 5 minutes later asking for her other child to be seen?? The review is not a reflection of the office at all! This office has always been helpful and provides great care!

My daughters had an awesome experience from start to finish. The ladies upfront were very helpful with scheduling and insurance. The nurses in the back were very patient with my children. Dr. Marcy was very sweet. The office is very efficient. There is very little wait time.

This office is terrible! They came recommended, but we did not have a good experience at all. Melissa in billing was rude when I asked an insurance question and gave me completely wrong information. They saw my son in May and would not fix an issue for months because he wasn’t in pain and they were booked. It got worse and now a simple procedure will include an oral surgeon!! Find a different option for your children!

My son needed his tooth pulled. I thought there was no way they could get it done. They did and I don't even think he knew! He was too busy watching Big Hero 6.

Everyone is incredibly friendly here and very good at their job! You can tell they all really love what they do AND the office is beautiful ???? Absolutely love it there!

Unfortunately our first experience was after my son fell and broke a tooth. They told us to come in right away. We were all scared how it would go. When we got there they calmed us. Dr. Koewn explained everything to us. Luckily she could fix his tooth. He did great. We are very appreciative.
