She told me to come early to my 2pm appt and then I waited sitting on the floor over an hr as she was running extremely late. The waiting room was packed, even by pre-Covid standards and none of the guidelines were being observed. When making the appt, I was told to bring my Xrays from my dentist which were only 2 months old. I also brought a referral letter and my full dental records. She insisted I had another set of Xrays as a prerequisite for her to see me for a periodontal exam (not treatment) that day. Not only was this not covered, but according to the ADA is down right dangerous (too much radiation in very little time). I will be reporting her to the Board. As a result of my refusing the Xrays, she refused to conduct the periodontal exam which involves using a probe. She was extremely rude and totally uncaring of the 7 weeks it took to get the appt (she only works PT) and refused to do her job. Apparently, her priority was to be somewhere else at 3:30pm or 15 minutes later.
