What a wonderful practice the staff is caring a kinda! They really took the time to understand my wants and needs. The office of always clean and takes covid precautions serious. Can’t wait for my next visit!

Dr Maria was great, no problem. I dislike how the administration was handled. I had a business emergency and had to cancel my appointment and they made it sound like it was taken care of and then charged me 'No show' fees. I got to hear about this from adjustment bureau. It was not just 'No show' They added "late payment'. I requested to waive off my late payment. They did not. I hope my 100s of dollars helped your business. Not going back there.

The first week of Feb 2019 I had Dr. Paras filled two cavities. Afterwards I've had major pain and beyond sensitivity to cold and hot foods, and before the fillings never had any dental discomfort. Returned to her office Feb. 27th to have two more fillings, and I refused and told her about the problems of the first two fillings and she found reasons to accuse me of the problem and refused to acknowledge the fillings as the problem. I'm leaving her practice because I am dissatisfied with the dental care. The Dr. filled one cavity four times with no success or better plan for treatment. I was charged twice and she filled it for free two other times. I have two other fillings that I am not satisfied with. They make flossing difficult and I feel they need to be redone. I had two instances where fillings had to be reworked because of discomfort or difficulty chewing. In one instance Dr. Paras seemed upset I was not happy

Awful admin policies.

I had to cancel my appointment for emergency reason, at the time of cancellation she did not say anything about sending me a penalty bill. I start receiving invoices for the cancellation. I left her a message FOUR a times to call me back but she never did. Very un pleased with her customer service. Not recommended

Dateline Nov-16: My wife and I have been seeing Dr. Paras for about 13 years and we have always been very pleased with her and her staff's professionalism. Beyond that, recently my wife learned of a small 'anomaly' on her tongue, front and center, which appeared quite by surprise with no pain and no blood. No question that Dr. Paras was our first stop, by phone and then by visit - same day - and she recommended a second opinion (from a surgeon) and also made that appointment. Very pleased.

Wonderful service, very caring and friendly atmosphere. Have been coming here for years. Highly recommended.

Dr. Paras was very Professional and friendly . I loved the way she explained everything before she did the work . I loved the staff they were very friendly and helpful.

Dr. Paras is a good dentist. Always friendly and I like her staff. Right near the middle of Norwalk, and they call you two days before your appointment so you can't forget it. I dunno why someone gave her 1 star, but she's just as good as any dentist I've ever had. Only thing that would make visiting her better is a Television on the ceiling with ESPN on it for when you're laying in the chair (that and not having to go to the dentist in the first place). Overall, she's good to go!
