Front desk staff is the worts include office manager. They are thinking we are calling for charity. Bad actitud. They destroy the good reputation of the rest of the staff. Is sad. Previous office manager Elizabeth was very polite and Profesional. The new one is the worts.

First, I'd like to point out how challenging it is to find a dentist knowledgeable with TMJD. From the moment I met with Dr. Torres, she was very articulate with all my images and was able to interpret and explain the root cause of my TMJD, I highly recommend her if you are looking for accurate diagnosis with TMJD,

She was amazing. I feel like a brand new person. My teeth are sparkling clean. I will definitely recommend her to anyone that needs a clean up. 5 stars!

While Dr. Torres had a good bedside manner I cannot recommend. She suggested a slew of treatments for me including a frenectomy and TMJ. The oral surgeon and orthodontist that I spoke to later said they didn’t see any signs of TMJ. She also was offering to give orthodontic treatment when she is not an orthodontist. I would approach with caution and skepticism. I was also overcharged and the office was slow and unprofessional about reimbursing me. A staff member even told me — after having already received a cleaning and having cavities filled — that I was not in network… Turns out she was just confused. Overall I found this office to be infuriating and a big time waster.

before coming to dr. torres, i had consistent headaches, my jaw locked often, and i fainted frequently. it has been four years since dr torres completed my treatment for tmj and i no longer have these symptoms. i definitely recommend dr torres she is a great listener, explains things in a clear, understandable manner, and has amazing results!
