Dr. Marion Wachnicki, DMD

I saw Dr. Wachnicki several years ago while on a 2 month stay in Maine. Two of my teeth went bad at once and I was in considerable pain. I called, got right in, and she spent two hours with me explaining my complicated problem (needed one tooth pulled and gum surgery on the other one). She suggested I go home because all of this work would take a couple of months. She was very kind and when I saw my own endodontist here in Illinois, he agreed with her diagnosis completely. I highly recommend her and am sorry it took so long to leave a review. She did a fantastic job while I was far from home!

I was referred to Dr. Wachnicki for a consult to share her professional observations with my regular dentist and my periodontist. She included in her consultation notes to my doctors unfounded and slanderous comments about me personally. Not only was it not true, it was completely uncalled for and unprofessional. In my opinion, this shows a serious problem in judgement and behavior. I would never have this person treat me and I could never recommend going to her for a consult or treatment.

After seeing my dentist it was determined that I would need to have a root canal. My husband had gone to Dr. Wachnicki a couple of years ago for a root canal and spoke very highly of her. All I can say is that he minimized how wonderful she really is. From the pristine clean office, to the very nice receptionist to her professionalism the entire experience was top shelf. She took the time to explain everything that she was going to do and made the experience very comfortable for me. She has a very calm and confident way about her that puts you at ease. I highly recommend her and wouldn't go anywhere else for a root canal.

I hate anything to do with my teeth other than brushing I just finished my 2nd root canal in six months in Dr. Wachnicki’s office Will never go to anyone else If I were traveling & had a problem I would find a way to get home so she take care of it She’s awesome ??

While vacationing in the area, I had need of an emergency root canal.Dr. Wachnicki is on my insurance plan and was able to get me in within 2 days. Despite not having laughing gas, the procedure was absolutely painless. I count myself very fortunate.

Dr. Wachnicki was so caring, and knows that I have issues with my TMJ so she took her time with my root canal. I wouldn't go anywhere else! Love this doctor.

She was gentle and kind. She treated me with care and concern; making sure pain was controlled. I was explained all options and success rates. She even emailed later to see how I was doing.
