The staff need to do a better job of explaining coverage to their clients prior to providing service. Not doing this may indicate a bait and switch where the client is lead to incur expenses that otherwise should not have been.
Also the outer office area has a musty smell probably from the carpet.

VISITING DR. CLAXTON IS MY WORST DENTAL EXPERIENCE IN MY WHOLE LIFE. WENT TO HIM, SINCE HE HAS BEEN THE DENTIST OF MY HUSBAND SO I TRUSTED AND I REGRET IT. HE DID NOT EXPLAIN TO ME WHAT IS GOING ON WITH MY GUM, MY TEETH, HE DID NOT RESOLVE WHY MY GUM IS BLEEDING. THE STAFF IS VERY UNPROFFESSIONAL AND DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. THEY DID NOT ANSWER OR EXPLAIN WHAT THEY ARE TRYING TO DO TO ME. AND ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS THAT I AM A PAYING PATIENT AND THEY NEED THE MONEY.
