Disrespected me during appointment to fix hygensit mess up during my cleaning. Told me that I couldn't prove that the hygensit broke my wire loose during my cleaning and that he didn't want to fix it for free. Left the office crying after he yelled at me down the hallway and told me to go see someone else because I didn't like how I was being treated.
