Very kind and courteous staff.

TERRIBLE Numbed mouth without telling. Rude comments on shirt. Didn't care that mouth had been bleeding and offered no help or tell why it was happening. I will say that most of the office I have encountered have been nice and welcoming. Not Dr. Ellis though. At this dentist, teeth always looked good with the occasional bump in the road, which always had to be replaced (cap, filling,...). Went to another place and there had been cavities between teeth due to crowding that have been there for a long time. They always seemed like they were there for the money. Got looped into getting what we thought was Invisalign to 1. Find out it was another brand that had NEVER been mentioned 2. Have had an absolutely terrible experience with and have many questions that have been asked and not gotten the answer I was looking for. I read the care instructions to the brand of clear aligners what we started. I had a question about it and Dr. Ellis told me to do something that it said NOT to do in the care instructions. If you're the dentist I would expect you to tell me things I am supposed to do. I would not recommend coming here. They only want your money.

I wish I could give them 0 stars! The worse group of people I have ever dealt with. Poor customer service even worse help behind the desk messed everything up with insurance and then told me a price which I paid and later sent a bill for 5x that amount for me to pay. Please please dont take your children here unless you really like to be cheated and lied to.

Dr. ELLIS does a fantastic job interacting with kids and also explaining what needs to go on with your child's dental needs. I would highly recommend this dentist.

I absolutely LOVE Dr. Ellis and his whole entire staff! Not only are they all extremely friendly, warm, and welcoming, but they are super gentle and patient with my children! I tell all of my friends and family about this awesome practice!

We had a total of three visits to Dr Ellis. My son was so traumatized after the 3rd we never went back. Found a new dentist for my son and at the initial visit there it turns out that all the work done on my then 4 year olds mouth has been practically botched. Fillings have fallen out, caps on the teeth have been lost and one tooth was drilled down to practically nothing with a cap on it and only a root remained. My son lost this molar early since there was nothing left to hold it in place
