A Great Dentist
My husband and I have been going to Dr Mark Graves for several years. We would highly recommend Dr. Graves. He is very professional and he always answers our questions. We have never had to wait to see him. All of his staff are super nice. He is a caring Doctor.

Doctor Graves office refused treatment
I had a very serious tooth problem, looked for a great dentist in Bowling Green, as I just moved here from Nashville. Dr. Graves participates in the Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance plan through Liberty Dental. It is my understanding when a dentist has a contract with Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield (Liberty Dental), he agrees to treat any patient with their insurance, yet I was told they would not consider a new patient with Liberty Dental, through Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, as the doctor was not satisfied with his contractual arrangements with Anthem/Liberty Dental. I was refused treatment.When I moved to Bowling Green, my insurance agent was so very impressed with Anthem, he recommended this company over all others for the state of Kentucky, so depending on his recommendation, I purchased the policy. I called Anthem and asked for a complete list of Dentists in their network, which Dr. Graves was listed as of 1/10/24. How is it fair to accept some patients, not all?
