My veneers were done here and they are immaculate and have lasted years with no trouble! I have also had great experiences scheduling emergency visits for a broken tooth. They even make crowns in house at their own lab. My whole family comes here.

The worst dentures I've ever had will never return and will warn others to stay away.

Absolutely unscrupulous! Was lied to multiple times by the receptionist who are not well trained. Then was promised a service that they then refused to provide. I was scheduled for an extraction with a doctor who doesn't extract teeth and was not informed of this until AFTER they took over 200 dollars in unnessisary exrays. When trying to get the issue resolved Dr. Grucella banned me fro. his services and offices. This was not even the first time I've had issues with them. You will be much happier and safer with another facility and dentist.

I've had to go back several times when my upper denture was first made about a year ago at the Fairlawn office. After them scaling down the denture, I was told that they couldn't take off much more, the numbers on the side were almost missing. I don't really care! They should've been made right in the first place. They've never fit comfortably. I had to go back a week ago and was charged $122.00 for a realignment and I have the five year warranty. They still aren't right so I'm going back....again and probably again and again. There's nothing worse than a sore mouth and not being able to bite into anything of substance.

I have two sets of dentures made by Dr. George (fine man and great doctor) in the past 20 yrs . Being loyal person I visit the office hopping I can have some preventive repair. In no time at all dr. precella suggest the new set instead. In no time he convinced me to have done with a year to pay w/o interest charges and have it done in 2-3 days . Only things he did achieve , made the set that did not fit and charge total of $ 2990 00 and blame me , my gums and everything he can think off . Mind you I’m denture wearer for 20 + years and I should know fit , comfort and quality of life dentures give . Imagine 2 month back and forth watching him fooling with his ‘MASTER PIECE’ Finaly I left the dentures in his office and ask for monies back. We don’t give monies back he replied . Next day his business manager called and offer 2/3 monies back , and keep the $ 1000.00 back for dental lab cost . Imagine getting pay for miserable service that never work . I have been a patient of this dental office for years. I was not blessed with the strongest teeth, so I have had many procedures done and have seen many dentists at different dental offices. After finding Dr. Grucella and experiencing the way he treats me as a patient and is able to make the visit less painful for me, I will never go anywhere else. His demeanor and openness to explain what he is doing along with his being able to "block" the pain, is much appreciated.

Had appointment scheduled with Grucella, arrived at office and told he just rushed out the door for some kind of unknown emergency. So I was passed on to another dentist who knew nothing about implants. Spent two hours there while they worked up a treatment plan full of baloney on the computer with my insurance company. Never got tooth pulled that I had the appointment to do. Really looks like bait and switch to me. All the time was spent on coming up with a huge prospective bill.
