Dr. Mark Hamm, DMD

The staff was very kind and friendly. My hygienist did an excellent job, was gentle and concerned for my comfort, Dr Hamm was very thorough and has taken good care of my needs. I am very happy here.

He asked about 'Previous bad dental experiences' to which I gladly explained. He then 'Very Delicately' explained that it I seem to have 'Pattern of dissatisfaction' (just like cops, they all stick together). Staff good, Dr. Hamm knew me for 15minutes already judged me.

they built a partial that is horrible the teeth do not line up they are not made for my mouth the impressions do not line up with my mouth, as a result i can not at all use them i waited 4 months for them to build these they are useless and i refuse to wear them they cancelled my appointments without calling me to let me know etc etc i called to have them fix the partial they told me to wait a whole week, they are horrible...I am a 100% service connected disabled veteran, was recommended to them by the VA

He listens but doesn't act on my concerns. He just keeps doing whatever he wants to do. Like capping a molar without performing a root canal first. He would rather pull a tooth than refer me to an endodontist.

Dr Hamm is an absolute pro... Gentle touch and very kind. His office and staff were wonderful. Highly recommend!

I had a bad experience, at another dentist, as a kid; so, I am a very nervous patient. Dr. Hamm (and his staff) quickly put me at ease. He is truly a “gentle dentist!” I give them my highest recommendation. They checked insurance before they did any work, so there we no surprises. Dr. Hamm took a considerable amount of time explaining my options. I could tell that my comfort was a high priority to him.

Dr. Hamm, and his staff, are compassionate, amazing professionals who have been serving my family's dental care for over 20 years. Over this time they have went above & beyond in taking care of my children. When accidents happened they never failed to get them in the office, even if it meant after hours. When our kids were very young they were always very patient & had a soft, reassuring composure and they always strive to find the less expensive treatment options.

I had my first appointment and it went great. The staff was super nice and attentive. Dr Hamm was friendly and was really good at describing what needed to happen.

Dentist knows his job just needs to be trained a little better in the professionalism area the facility needs cleaned a lot more often

No humanity. There scheduling is eight months out. Yet they work seven hours a day, four days a week. I dont think they try very hard at contributing to community rather they do bare minamum.
