Moving to a new area is difficult add to that a new dentist. DDS Mark and staff were warm, friendly and professional. I appreciate their understanding in why I had neglected going to a dentist after a traumatic experience. I felt no shame in the way they compassionately examined and explained what needed to be done.

Went to Drs a week ago before leaving the county for a week. Got antibiotics and pain pills for 3 days worth of relief for a broken tooth. Today I called when I came back into the area trying to get my pain managed with another prescription and a appointment for a tooth extraction. Was informed that I would not be given any more meds for pain but they would prescribe acetaminophme. I have a real medical emergency and they don't seem to give a single care. I asked to speak with the dentist I was denied speaking with the dentist. Eventually they told me they'd leave him a message to call me which he has not. I asked for my records so I could go elsewhere and they refused to give me my x-rays that I just paid for a week prior. Denied me my medical records and told me she was too busy to deal with me. I had waited 3 hours in crippling pain for a return call at this point. What a absolute hack dentist office. Folks have a medical right to be in a manageable amount of pain

Very professional all staff included. Reasonable prices as well. Highly recommend this place!
