Dr. Mark McConnell, DDS

I’ve had three implants from him he quit following upon them after pandemic..Two completely failed, and wax never imformed they were under his care for life. Now out $2600, just to clean the mess out, and wanted to get post implanted if possible. But try getting them to answer the phone.

I needed a molar extracted after complications from a root canal, and was referred to Dr. McConnell. All aspects of the experience, to include all 4 visits, were outstanding. Dr. McConnell called personally after 2 of the visits to ensure all was well and to see if I had any questions. All appointments were on time and the entire staff was courteous and highly professional. All dental work went perfectly. I highly recommend Dr. McConnell and his staff if you and/or your family have dental requirements that fall into his expertise.

Pleasant person who does pretty good work, but his business practices are haphazard. He doesn't own up to making up fees as he goes. Doesn't share information in appropriate manner.....no printed "outcomes" to patient. Doesn't think he is being elusive, but he is.
