I waited over two months for the scheduled appointment. The office called me two or three times to confirm that I was coming. When I arrived to my appointment after taking a day off of work & bringing a person to drive me home. I was told my insurance doesn't cover the surgery and I was expected to pay over $700 before we could begin. Staff was rude and unprofessional. Not to mention Dr Moore refused to speak to me. I asked to be billed but they refused and asked me if I wanted to cancel my appointment which I most certainly did. Extremely disappointed would never recommend.

Dr. Moore is an exceptional practitioner. He is professional in approach and educational regarding your procedure. Dr. Moore is gentle with an effective sense of humor, engaging and never makes you feel rushed. In fact one feels relaxed in his presence. His staff are ALL professional, pleasant, warm and helpful and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. I had two extractions with Dr. Moore. Everyone dreads going to the dentist. However, strange as it may sound I enjoyed my dental visit to Dr. Moore and staff solely due to their excellent customer service. Highly recommend this oral surgeon and his staff.

I had my wisdom teeth removed with Dr. Moore at the Eastchester Road location. The staff was very professional from beginning to end. Dr. Moore took the time to thoroughly explained the entire procedure to me. I highly recommend Dr. Moore as your oral surgeon.

I've had issues w crowns etc since I was 12.. I'm 34 now .. Dr Moore is hands down the best oral surgeon I've dealt with. Beyond pleased w his thoroughness and professionalism .
