Dr. Matthew Carpenter, DMD

I found Dr. Carpenter very condescending. Instead of completing my root canal, he told me I would need to come back. He knew the tooth he would be working on was a molar and had several canals. I did not want to go through those horrible shots he administered. Instead of letting the first one numb you, he just shoots all of them in there and does not care about the pain he inflicts. He just kept saying you will have to come back. I explained that I have dental phobia and definitely hate shots, he looked at me like “I don’t care”. I wish I had never met him!

From the moment I walked in, I felt at ease and well taken care of. Dr. Carpenter's expertise and gentle touch ensured that I didn't experience any pain during the procedure, and the whole process was a breeze. In fact, I barely remember it! Afterward, I left the clinic feeling happy and completely comfortable. What impressed me even more was that I didn't require any pain medicine afterward, and I was able to eat without any discomfort. Dr. Carpenter answered all my questions before the exam and took his time to explain my problem to me. He was very professional and I will definitely refer him to all my friends. Also, the dental team was polite and I loved how their staff made me feel relaxed.
