Dr. Matthew Chow, DDS

This office is both professional and congenial. You won't be uncomfortable going here. Dr. Chow will listen, explain and work with you. He seems very knowledgeable as well as personable. The entire staff was quite helpful & caring whilst being respectful & friendly.

Sadly, the Office Manager is quite arrogant and unprofessional. While Dr. Chow is a professional and competent dentist, his business practices leave much to be desired. His Office does NOT accept all major credit cards, for example American Express. They also dropped out of my insurance network in the middle of the year, and failed to advise me of this. I discovered this fact ONLY when I received a bill for an additional $200, and that's after already paying $105 AND their receipt of $69 for "out of network" coverage from my insurance. That's $374 for a minor filling that had popped out after only 5 years. My bottom line advice is for patients to ask about Insurance Network status BEFORE every visit to see Dr. Chow, else brace yourself!
