I visited Lakeside Dental for the first time as a new patient for a routine cleaning and dentist check-up. The staff seemed friendly and the business definitely felt more like a business, rather than an inviting dental office. This place seems to cater to mostly patients who have dental insurance paid for by the government - either thru free medicaid or medicare. And do I feel they are taking advantage of the government, as well as persons like myself with private dental insurance with my work? ABSOLUTELY! This place is a sad joke - I was almost the victim of a scam and I plan to pursue this with the National Dental Association as well as the Better Business Bureau. I saw Dr Henson, who was very pleasant but very quick to diagnose many problems. Almost, too fast! I am a patient who never had any dental problems - ever. I had my first two cavities two years ago.
