Definitely bait and switch. Be careful.

Dr. Jackson is an exceptionally knowledgable, competent, and compassionate dentist. His practice is solely patient- oriented, and his high professional standards are reflected in the conduct of his staff. In my many years of visiting dentists from Boston to Beverly Hills, I have never experienced such genuine, generous, and proficient degree of care. Dr. Jackson took time to explain everything and answer my questions. I have not stopped singing his praises since I left his office and will not hesitate to recommend him to my patients, friends, and family.

Avoid this dentist if you care about your dental outcome! I paid over 20k upfront for dental restoration and overall oral care. Dr. Jackson does NOT know what he is doing, regardless of what he advertises. Simple extractions and crown installation never was completed do to his incompetency and not having the right "parts" to install the crowns. After the extraction, the gums were so torn up I needed gum grafting, that happened after I consulted with another dentist, with compassion and understanding for his patients, and was able to get the results I wanted, unfortunately I also had to pay for those services. I requested a refund from Dr Jackson for the work that I had paid for, and did not receive, and Dr Jackson is refusing to refund over $7,000.00. If you like temper tantrums, condescending manner from a dentist, and have absolutely NO gag reflex, then this is the dentist to go to. The office staff is absolutely amazing and deserves top salary for having to deal with his temperament

Dr. Jackson proudly displays his vision for his dental practice in Eustis, FL. I have to say that he and his entire staff abide by the stated vision. I am very impressed with the advanced technology used and the service is outstanding. Before he examined my teeth, I asked him what the mission of his practice was he stated it clearly and it was almost a word-for-word match to the posted vision statement in the waiting room. I recommended Jackson Dentistry to anyone seeking affordable high-quality dental care.

Dr. Romine is professional, compassionate & efficient. She & the Jackson Dentistry staff made me feel confident & comfortable with the extensive dental issues I had, after many years of neglect. And, they offer easy payment plans. It was nice to have a dentist competently address the issues at hand without recommending unnecessary procedures.

Dr. Jackson is though, courteous, and considerate of the patients time. No long waits. State of the art equipment. Takes time to explain treatment and expected outcome.

He always takes the time to volunteer for the FL Baptist Dental Bus and does other pro bono work. His office staff and hygiene staff are very pleasant and kind as well.

This is the absolute BEST in dentistry. Cutting edge in the field in both knowledge and equipment. You know you are receiving the best of care. But the staff puts this practice over the top. Friendly, responsive and caring...I felt like I was the only patient they had...short wait time. Continuoua interaction. And Dr. Romine came back twice after she was finished with me...to see if I was comfortable or if I had thought of any questions I wanted to ask her. I cannot say enough good things.

Dr. Jackson and staff were fantastic and attentive. He is very easy to talk to and definitely knows his stuff. I haven't been to a dentist in a long time and have work to be done but they didn't pressure me or make me feel bad. I will be going back to have it done as soon as I can.
