I went to see Dr. Webb today for a consult on completely re-doing all my front veneers, a job that will likely cost about 10k. I was ushered into a treatment room promptly. But 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment time a staff member told me it would be another 15 minutes. After another 30 minutes sitting in the chair with no further contact, I bailed. God knows how long they would have kept me waiting if i had stayed. I came all the way from Summit County only to be disrespected.
