As a healthcare worker myself, I have never encountered a provider who cared as little as this one. He was rude, dismissive, and completely lacked bedside manner. The entire appointment, all I could think was how I would never treat one of my own patients this way. He was aggressive with the lidocaine needle—no warning, just straight into what felt like the bottom of my jaw. The sudden, deep injection was bad enough, but what made it worse was hearing his attitude while he did it. This doctor doesn’t believe in educating his patients—he’d rather berate them than help them understand their care or future dental needs. I grew up in poverty, and finally being able to afford dental care after years of hard work and education should have been a positive experience. Instead, I was met with a passive-aggressive provider who had credentials but no compassion. Everyone deserves respectful treatment, regardless of their background. A broken tooth can happen to anyone!

Went in to fix my broken front tooth and he repaired it with a different shade of white. He said “it’s good enough”. Terrible dentist and bedside manner. Absolutely stay far away from night and day dental in Durham and this dentist. I never write reviews but this experience absolutely deserves it. Could not have had a worse experience. Stay away. Far far away.
