Dr. Maya Martin, DDS

I was given an appointment for today, that was not kept on your part, was clearly told that it would be done with local anesthesia. My time is important too. I spent almost 3 hours to reschedule and to understand procedures with a different premise. In one year I could not get 2 mins. from Dr. Martin on phone or in office before transplant and about transplant. So I went elsewhere for part 1. Now I am back for part 2 based on what I was told on phone. Some questions are answered. Some confusion remains. I am still lost. I am not even given a card with exact time that I am supposed to show up next Tuesday. My anxiety and confusion were so high, I don't remember even if they mentioned some kind of a time other than that it was not early in the morning.

Took time to explain and come up with a creative plan that fits both our needs. Knowledgable and very understanding, put me at ease in an uncomfortable situation for me. The entire staff is exception and well trained ... 5 stars
