Dr. Maya Prabhu, DDS

I saw Dr Lal three weeks ago I had a root canal and when he gave me the Novocain shot I swelled up like a chipmunk . Yesterday I went back for my second visit I told Dr Lal that I swelled up from the Novocain he proceeded to tell me I was not allergic and gave me a Novacaine shot I sought up like a chipmunk it’s like I still have the abscess my cheek is swollen and I’m having pain whatever you do go to a different group and don’t go to these people they don’t listen to what you say and they ignore you I will be taking them to small claims Court to get my money back .Who give somebody a Novacaine shot for the second time when you told him the first time you blew up like a chipmunk who does that the abscess was gone now it’s like I have the abscess back because you gave me a shot they blew up my mouth and gave me a huge bump inside by my gum what kind of doctor are you

I was emergently scheduled within 2 hrs of calling due to pain and need for emergent root canal. Staff was excellent and efficient. Both Chantel (asst) and Dr Prabhu were EXCELLENT! Recommend this office highly. Dr Prabhu spent time explaining everything and also listened to my concerns and she was very skilled and efficient. Highly, highly recommend!!

She provided the worst dental services for root canals that I have every received. Upon completing a root canal I had a inflammation that occurred on the my upper gum by the root canal. I have to get the fluid drained and I was put on narcotic pain killers for a week. I am very sensitive to taking any sort of narcotic, but she put me in a position to have to take the medication to ease the pain. I had to stay home for the next few days because I could not talk or eat. I would NOT RECOMMEND HER!

I think that Dr. Maya Prabhu is a kind and caring doctor. I have used her for several complex dental problems and she resolved all of them to my complete satisfaction. I recommend this excellent medical professional without any reservations whatsoever.
