Dr. Medhat Dawoud, DMD

Dr. Dawoud is great and the other female dentist in his office is just at wonderful; however, I recently had two root canals performed . The first completed in March, the second completed in mid-June. I was directed to follow-up with Dawoud's office to have crowns put in place within two weeks of the second root canal being completed. After calling Dawoud's office and speaking with a front desk staff member multiple times, I was assured they were only waiting for the pre-authorization from my dental insurance - but each time I call my insurer, the representative consistently says that no request for pre-authorization has ever been made, and now I am forced to find another office that will actually submit the request needed, so I can get the dental work I need done - done. It is tremendously frustrating because I thought I found a forever home with this dentist and he is a good dentist, but something is seriously amiss with one of his front desk staff members.

We were not happy with our Dentist and her staff and decided to find a new doctor. We are so happy we found Dr Dawoud. Dr. Dawoud and his staff were so nice and knowledgeable. They discussed everything they did, will do and what could be needed with us. We highly recommend them.

Friendly staff, everything was prompt and never had to wait for anything, doctor and hygienist explained everything throughly, very pleasant experience for going to the dentist.

This office is warm and welcoming. It is clean an has all the latest technology. The staff is pleasant and knowledgeable. Dr. Dawoud cares about your dental health more than making money.

The dental assistant, Ashley, who cleaned my teeth was very gentle & Dr. Dawoud is absolutely the BEST! He has excellent chair-side manner, pleasant, professional & he took his time explaining my options without any added pressure. It's obvious they really care about their patients. I highly recommend D&G Dental for quality service, professionalism & care. This will be me & my family's dentist for life.

Had my cleaning yesterday. All went well. The staff is super friendly. The hygienist was very thorough and gentle. Dr. Dawoud, as always, was awesome. I'll be honest, I was having a crumby day and didn't feel like going at all... but I did. After my cleaning, doc came to check and his whole demeanor is just so friendly! He's just a bundle of positive energy. Anyway, he checked my teeth, gave me a thumbs up and just like that I was in a good mood. From the staff to the doc, I love this office and wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. Funny, my mom does NOT like dentist appts, but even she has been able to overcome that fear in this office. Honestly the very best dentist office and staff I’ve ever dealt with. Highly recommend!!!! Truly the best!!!

Before coming to Dr Dawoud I have terrified of dentists but at D&G everyone is friendly, patient and informative. Dr. Dawoud pays attention to detail and takes pride in his work. I’d your looking for an amazing dentist especially for implants D&G is the place for you.

Dr. Dawoud is a perfectionist. He is kind and patient. The staff is super friendly and they made me feel at easy for my 1st appointment. His office is clean. Dr. Dawoud took the time to explain everything and his recommendations.

Dr. Dawoud is always very courteous and with a smile. He is very meticulous with the implants and explains everything every step of the way and never minds a question. I usually go to the Caldwell office but I had a situation with one implants I had done a couple of years back and he only goes there once a week so I chose to go the w. Orange office instead. This office is squeaky clean, with state of the art equipment and he took care of the issue easily and quickly.

The office suite is very clean and everything is like-new and spotless. I came with an excellent recommendation from my wife, who had two implants done there previously. She has exceptional good taste and standards, so I decided to come here for an implant myself. There was almost no waiting time. The doctor explained everything in detail after examining my mouth, answering all my questions. The plan is to start work in several weeks.

The best yet! I was amazed at his bedside manner, his competence and professionalism. Why shouldn't I be. A delightful "surgeon". My implant went so smoothly as not to be noticed. His staff is terrific, and the office pleasant. The good doctor explains everything, was in no rush, and had a wonderful disposition. Everything went as scheduled; no delay whatsoever. I cannot recommend him enough!
