Dr. McCool is excellent. She is great with the children as well as parents. She has their best interest at heart and shows it with her compassion and knowledge. The office staff is great and my children never fear going to the dentist. I don't believe in basing your decisions on reviews since most people use this outlet to complain and I feel it doesn't truly reflect the doctor. So do not base your decision just reviews... meet her and form your own opinion. You won't be let down!!!!

I did not trust her for a minute. Blaming of parents for problems without even asking any information about child's history. Did not spend any time explaining the treatment plan. After consulting with other providers, it tuns out her treatment recommendation is outdated and much more aggressive (and expensive) than needed. Office staff was terrible. Will not return. If you want quality dental are for you children, look elsewhere.
