Communication among the staff is spotty. Because of this, Dr. Gray installed a crown that created a gap between my teeth. I kept getting the wrong bills and told that the billing was automatic like I should find that acceptable. When trying to resolve the relationship I was not heard which means I was told why their incompetence is acceptable. Well, for me it's not. Like my crown, it is not a good fit.

Dr Gray is professional and so are her staff! Because of certain circumstances in this season of my life I’m not earning a lot of money and have HIP insurance and let me just say because of this I believe people that are Medicaid are looked down on at times!...I did not feel any less in the way I was treated at her office! That says and means a lot to me in this season I’m in! She’s great an works in excellence and if you folks read a bad review, just remember people are Fickle and Hard to please at times she’s human just like the rest of us so folks consider Grace and Mercy while reading negativity because us always gonna be out there! Use your own discernment and you decide! Make an appointment today you will be taken care of with Excellence!
