Miserable experience with Dr. Yamada. While I appreciate that she is nice, when I had an initial consultation for invisalign, I felt I could trust her after we bonded over being natives from LA. I told her I only needed one thing fixed on my teeth and asked her if she thought it was worth it to get invisalign given the risks I had with the current state of my teeth. She wheeled me in and said 'yes'. After paying a huge amount of money, somewhere around $3K, and faithfully wearing my trays, I saw zero progress. My family and friends saw no progress. The one thing I wanted to fix wasn't addressed at all. I feel completely duped. I would never trust this office. I also agree with the other comments - they do not return calls timely or ever. You have to call multiple times and babysit them.

I highly recommend Buena Vista Orthodontics. It's actually been a pleasure working with them to straighten my teeth. I've just finished 15 months of Invisalign treatment with Dr. Yamada, and I'm glad I went with her practice. Everyone at BVO was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Dr Yamada and her staff were professional and very friendly. I felt very well cared for during my visits. When I needed help on weekends they responded very promptly. This is my second time with braces and found this experience much better. After my Invisalign trays were complete I was not satisfied with the results. With Dr Yamada's innovation my orthodontic appliances remained invisible. I am very happy with the results. Perfection!

Dr Yamada is by far the best orthodontist in Burbank. Her staff is amazing but best of all she's a perfectionist who really works to get your smile perfect. I have taken both of my kids there and I had my teeth done by her last year. Couldn't recommend her highly enough!! Great doctor, great staff, great smiles!
