General dentist for Willamette Dental Group, Boise
I came in today for an emergency visit due to jaw pain and tooth pain. At first, I was very pleased that Willamette in Boise, was able to get me in the same day. The little interaction I had with Dr Young, was enough to know that he had no genuine interest to help me. He took a look at my xray and did a test on my teeth to check for sensitivity to find which tooth was the issue. His demeanor was shocking. He was very impatient and patronized me. He did not provide me a full explanation of the procedure he was doing and what the next steps looked like for me (I had to initiate that conversation) He did not end up doing any work up because of the pain I was experiencing. His recommendation was to take the antibiotics and come back once I feel more relief.
