Dr. Banks is such an awesome Dentist! He helped me make the best decision for my teeth and was honest and fair. You can tell he really cares about his patients and strives to give them the best care! His staff is friendly as well! A hardworking crew! I highly recommend him if you want the best dental work done!

The work for my crown began over three months ago. The office staff failed to follow up with the endodontist that they had referred me to complete my root canal prolonging the process by two months. At my appointment the dental assistant who prepared the temporary crown unnecessarily pricked the tip of my tongue three times with the tooth cleaning pick. I asked Mercedes, the front desk personnel, to call Care Credit as they'd asked and the first words out of her mouth were "it's not my job."

I have found Dr. Banks and his staff very personable, professional and helpful. His office is busy but I have never had a long wait when I have had my scheduled appointment.
