Appointment reminder accompanied with the friendly threat of a monetary fine.To be honest I thought I was completely through doing business with Dr. Chiulli more than a year ago when I officially cancelled all future appointments. Yet here I am, receiving an email reminding me of an appointment I never made and threatening to fine me for not cancelling the same appointment that I never, made within their predetermined parameters.From past experience I know that confirming an appoint is as easy as a click on the mouse, but cancelling an appointment requires multiple calls to a phone that is rarely answered during business hours.In my opinion fees, fines, and charges seem to be the first priority of this clinic. They most definitely don’t seem to feel that they are working for the patients that are paying for their services.

Dr. Chiulli and Olivia are true professionals who genuinely care about their patients. They’re attentive and make sure I’m at ease during every procedure. I’m always impressed by how they handle my treatment with such expertise and compassion.

Dr. Chiulli and his assistant Olivia are extremely knowledgeable and kind. They took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I understood my treatment plan. I truly appreciate their level of care.
