Dr. Cogan sold his practice and the new staff is HORRIBLE!!! They are not friendly, very aggressive, rude. When you ask about pricing it feels like you have to bargain, and they come up with a different price every time. They don't accept partial payment, you have to pay in full for whatever you need done, then you have to be on standby to wait for their call to finish what you've started, 2-3 weeks later. They don't file claims properly and I keep getting letters from the insurance. Although I love Dr. Cogan, I, for one, will not go back, and I advise you stay away.

Great dentist office I have been going for years. The staff is very friendly and professional. There is valet in front of the building which they validate at the dentist office
