Dr. Michael Crowley, DDS

I can’t stress enough how disappointed I am with Crowley Family dentistry. I went in mid March with a broken tooth and filling failure (2 teeth), I had no pain at the time and I understand “working on teeth” to remedy issues can creat pain BUT it turned into excruciating pain. The next two weeks plus were some of the worst I have ever experienced. Long story short, after they maxed out my dental insurance and another $1329.00 payment from me, I ended up having to go two days later and over a thousand more dollars for a root canal on one of the teeth they “worked” on and then several thousand more at the periodontist to have the other tooth they worked on and crowned, extracted due to the fact that the endodontist wouldn’t even touch due to bone loss and sent me to the periodontist that same day. I left a message for the dentist at Crowley a week ago yesterday, expressing my concerns and disappointment and still have NOT received a return call, no follow up from my procedure…NOTHING!

I used to hate going in for my dental appointments, they were always so painful. So when I moved to Arizona in 2002, I put off selecting a dentist and just stopped. A few months ago I got a horrible infection in my jaw and was told in the ER that I HAD to see a dentist to fix the tooth that started the infection. I found Crowley Family Dentistry, where I saw Michael Crowley. He did a complete examination of my teeth and we got to work on them. No pain! Just excellent care!!
