Dr Glass is great. However I think his support staff is horrible. They have part time hours (open 3.5 days per week) so its impossible to get in quickly if there is an issue. Scheduler is very unorganized. If you have appointment she will still call or text you repeatedly to change day or time. Receptionist doesn't greet you. Seems to have very poor people skills. She just peeks over counter and you and if you receive a grunt from her it's a miracle. Belinda is awesome, the rest of staff worthless.
