The dentist and hygienists have been great, unfortunately the office staff is unreasonable.
I was scheduled for a third cleaning in 1 yr - a mistake on their end. Insurance rejected. I left multiple voicemail and messages with staff, but office manager never called back over a period of weeks.
When I finally got the office manager I was told they are not responsible and this was my problem not theirs, despite admitting that they made a mistake. My family of four will go elsewhere.

Wonderful practice!!!! From the minute you walk in the door!!! Right through to when you leave! Fantastic Dentist...great personality!! SO talented will work with you (won't force procedures on you if you can't afford them "yet" - will make a plan for you to tackle what needs to be done!
