Dr. Michael Haight, DDS

I think Dr Haight is an excellent dentist. However with the Covid 19 I had my teeth cleaned by Amanda. She seemed to be inexperienced and the visit was not pleasant. I did not like her method of cleaning with the pick. I will not use her again. I am sorry that Julie, my former hygienist is no longer with Dr Haight's office.

At Haight's office, initially there was a good reception, but I found what I was quoted for services increased by 50% every time I dealt with them on a major dental intervention. Once the new charges were billed (after services were rendered), I was sent a pro forma demand for immediate payment subject to 18% interest. Disingenuous. Gouging. Total insensitivity to customer service and loyalty. I unequivocally say "Do not patronize this dentist, if you require honesty and customer care." Simply put, 'don't go there.' Find a dentist who is both competent and honest.

Dr Haight is an expert Dentist. He and his staff are professional. They truly care about me and make each visit enjoyable.

I went in for a routine cleaning and mentioned a problem with one of my teeth. He found time to take an X-ray, assess the situation, apply a solution and schedule a follow up call all while talking me through it in a way that I easily understood. He knows I’m on a limited budget in retirement and was willing to discuss payments. His staff was friendly, professional and accommodating as I was delayed and 15 minutes late for my appointment. I highly recommend Parkway Dental.

Dr. Haight and his staff are always very professional and friendly. They take the time to answer all questions and provided very detailed information if requested, without seeming bothered. They are all very enthusiastic about their work, which leaves a good impression as you know they enjoy what they do.

Dr Haight’s Office is the finest dental office in Albuquerque and in the state. Dr Haight has taken care of all my dental needs for the last thirty years. He’s most accommodating in getting me in on short notice which care you rarely find in any doctors. Great man and great staff!
