My kid is 16 and he’s been with Dr Mike for over 13 years. We’ve moved to the western part of the state a few years ago yet we prioritize this office and specifically Dr Mike still. The care, attention, and responsiveness of Dr Mike and his staff keeps us here regardless of zip code. Top tier leader and staff.

My first visit there and Shea Phillips made me feel at home! She provided exceptional care along with the orthodontist adjusting my retainer. They both went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. They even worked through their lunch and I had no idea until I realized no one else was there but them.

My daughters have been going to Lake Jeannette since they were able to see the dentist. Today my oldest(15) got braces. The compassion and care that the office exudes is first class!!

My family has been going to Dr Ignelzi since 2017. We always get great care not only from Dr Mike but all of his staff and the other docs as well. My son has special needs and everyone makes sure he understands what is happening and is comfortable. Because his case is tricky (ie complicated teeth correcting) he has been in braces for 5 years so we have seen many kids come through his practice as well. Always handling the children with the most compassion and concern for their comfort and well being. Warm blankets, sunglasses, places for parents to sit, well trained staff and staff that are willing to lend and extra hand where needed. Highly recommend LJO and Dr Ignelzi

Dr.Ignelzi was a great communicator making feel his patients very comfortable. He took his time and answered all our questions patiently. Orthodontic treatment is a long journey i really appreciated his friendly approach towards my child.

Lack of compassion . It’s not the child’s fault that the practitioner lacks patience to handleThe needs of the patient . To deny care “ due to the child’s needs” is actually discriminatory . You can’t use the notion that the child “ can’t handle what has to be done “ when you’ve only just met the child . The child didn’t know you . You’re a stranger . But it’s you , that lacks patience . Not the patient . I was disappointed as you quite you deal daily with children with special needs and care . Patience being number one .
