I would give him a zero star if possible. He's not very knowledgeable at all. He told me all these dental issues I had and gave me an estimated cost (thousands of dollars). I went to see a new dentist (2nd opinion), found out all i needed was crowning for 3 teeth. Do NOT trust this doctor at all. Please do NOT make the same mistake I did. Oh and I also waited for an hour to be seen even I was on the schedule. The staff are very unprofessional.

Paid more than $300 for a temporary filling that lasted only days. Regular dentist on vacation until August 13 so waiting for my crown with a giant hole in my molar. Definite controversy over what I was told when I got the temp filling. Dr. Jones clearly told me that it would last until I could get a crown. I specifically said "so this is no emergency" and he agreed. The office is now disputing that. Will investigate all avenues open to me in complaining about this rip off.

My fiancé had to reschedule an appointment & didn't give 24 hr notice-charged, $39. Next appointment, the office manager called us hours before & told us the hygienist was sick & we had to reschedule. We asked for a refund for the rescheduling, when the office inherently, inconveniently did the same. While rolling eyes, the office manager stated, "It's against our policy, and it's not my fault she got sick." How do you make moments like these right for patients & keep them satisfied to return?

I have been a patient of this office for a number of years, and they never cease to amaze me. The communication and professionalism of this practice is outstanding. As of recently they have made their appointment making and waiting process even more efficient and faster. Dr. Jones and staff always take their time in explaining procedures to me and making sure that all of my questions are answered both before and after the procedure is over. I would definitely recommend this office!
