Referred patient
Terrible at diagnosing! Told me that I needed a dental guard in which did nothing for me. When I returned he told me that all my teeth would have to be re done. I told him, that he was obviously in this business for money, as he said he couldn’t do anything for me and then he says, that he deals with more difficult cases than mine, after I was referred to him by a specialist. Totally made me feel like my issues were not of importance!! He totally did not listen to me regarding my pain with my jaw, nor did he address my issues whatsoever! He ran out the room and referred me to his clinical manager. This doctor does not need to be teaching at UAB! Terrible communication skills and doesn’t listen to his patients, nor addresses the issue. I’m disappointed that UAB would have anyone like this on their staff! I will tell anyone needing dental prosthetics to not use this doctor whatsoever!!!

Dr. Kase failed me terribly. He did not diagnose the root cause of my Bruxism and made me a mouth guard that is so hard it causes more pain and I wake up with headaches. Find a doctor that actually cares and tries to find you the relief you seek.
