Rude and Insensitive
I've been seeing Dr. Katayev for awhile and he doesn't explain the procedures he's about the perform and I was in pain during one procedure, he insulted me and asked me if I was drinking. He also yelled at his assistant and knocked her hand away with the water cup in it, the water from the cup splashed me in the face. He did apologize. When the procedure was done, he abruptly left the room, to the point his assistant had to apologize for his behavior.

Dr. Katayev is not patient in answering questions. I did not like how he treated me. I will not be returning.
