I have seen Dr. Shaeffer for almost six years. The entire staff is excellent, and I never wait upon arrival. Every dentist I've ever had (for routine checkups) stops in for a few minutes after the x-rays, cleaning, etc are completed. I've never had a dentist spend as much time with me as Dr. Shaeffer. I love this office!

Always friendly and understanding, since day one they have always been very personable. Everytime I call the university office, they know my fiance and I by first name. Scheduling is always easy!
