No follow-up on post surgery problems
Expensive & fast service, but absolutely no help or sympathy if anything goes wrong with a root canal. You might be near death and they apparently do not care.

I was recommended for an extraction and dental implant by Dr. Shipp. He has worked with my TMJ issues and recommended sedation for the extraction and implant. He shows concern for patient’s individual situations and best outcome. He exercises good judgement and refers when he feels it best serves the patient.

All staff smiling, friendly, helpful. Hygienist was communicative and personable, explaining what she was doing and telling me to let her know if I wanted her to be gentler or more aggressive. Dr. Shipp was also very friendly with a kind “vibe”, and seemed knowledgeable. All staff seemed very happy with their jobs and were very complimentary about Dr Shipp.
