The entire staff, and process and focus on customer service is just beyond phenomenal. I don’t recommend much in life but if you need a dentist, you’ll never find a better.

Answered all questions, addressed all concerns. Very pleasant, very thorough. Listened well and was very understanding of my needs and priorities for treatment, etc. Shirley helped me get in to see Dr Terveen the next day when I called as a new patient, as the need was somewhat urgent. Excellent experience. Very pleased with Dr. Terveen and his wonderful staff, Shirley and Linda.

I went on line to look for the best Dentists in Colorado Springs, to get a second opinion on a work I need to have done. I read a number of reviews and Dr. Terveene's were very very positive. I thought, if that many people are satisfied with his work, he has to be a great Dentist. I went for a first visit and I also was very pleased. He and Lindita were very helpful and explained clearly what I needed to have done. I had no hesitation in scheduling a second appointment to have my work done with him!

Front desk personnel was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Technician was skillful and explained procedure well.

I must say, I am afraid of dentists. Having had awful experiences throughout my life…what an absolutely refreshing experience coming into Dr. Traveen’s office! My first appt was with the hygienist, whom I adored! Pain free and super comforting every step of the way. Second appt I went to get 4 cavities filled and I can’t tell you what a phenomenal job Dr. Traveen and his assistant, Lindita (so?) did. Wow! Highly, highly recommend this office. The Dr. And his medical staff are incredibly patient, courteous, thorough and capable. Super job!

This was my first appointment at Springs Family Dentistry. Everyone was friendly and helpful. They got me in on time and out quickly. Dr. Terveen answered all my questions and I am looking forward to getting the work completed.

I’ve been going to Springs Family Dental for 5 years now, and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a dentist. The staff is extremely professional and welcoming, and I feel like my health is their top priority every time I come in for an appointment. And they are always on schedule when I come in for my (morning) appointments, which I cannot say or most doctor’s offices, so extra bonus points in that department! Dr Terveen and his staff are very professional and caring. My husband and I see Julene for our dental cleanings. She is very thorough. We have taken our toddler for her first appointments to see Dr Terveen and Julene and they are great with her. They take it at a comfortable pace and explain what they are doing as they go. I would recommend this practice to anyone, adults and children.

Dr, Terveen explains different options and lets me know the upside and downside, what is a more immediate concern and what I can hold off on. I received my first gold crowns 50 years ago. Dr. Terveen lets me know if any of them are getting worn and what I might do preventative-wise to keep from having to replace any of them (I have 4).
