Dr. Mike Thomas, and his staff are the best
my wife and I’ve been going to see Dr. Mike and his staff for over 20 years. He is absolutely the most gentle wonderful dentist, and the staff is just excellent. I wish I could give them 10 stars, but I only goes up to five.

emergency
Called in after hours for an emergency toothache. They got me in the next morning, and got me on a plan to get me out of pain and to hopefully start to love my smile again.

Terrible Dentist
I am a cancer survivor and my bottom teeth are shifting due to radiation I had 17 years ago. I need braces and Mike Thomas came up with a time line and cost. I paid in full for the two year plan. My NEXT visit to apply the braces was unbelievable! My appointment was the first for the day and I sat in the chair for 1 hour before anyone came in to see me. The dental technician finally came in and said which tooth was cracked. Told her I am here to get braces applied. Thomas came in later with a filthy blanket to drape over me while asking what tooth needs to be fixed. I told him I do not have a broken tooth and I am here to get braces. He said sorry and sent in a technician to start the process. She clearly did not know what she was doing and I came back the next day to have them removed. Took three weeks to get my money back. Terrible dentist. Filthy office.. My new state of the art braces are now in place by an another Orthopedist.

Uses resources that he may have to reduce the cost
I've been with Thomas and Associates for about twenty years. During that time I've been treated well and always greeted by his staff by name. Over a year ago it was obvious that I needed a couple of missing teeth replaced near the back of my mouth. After telling me my options, Dr. Mike and I decided on bridge work---one upper and a lower. That process also included braces to straighten teeth so that the bridge work was correct. The out-of-pocket would have been around ten thousand. Dr. Mike works with the VA to where some procedures are covered with his partnership with the VA. The out-of-pocket for me was zero dollars! Dr. Mike absorbed all of the hours needed while the VA covered the rest. It's a program with the VA that he initiated. For personal reasons I have to move to a dentist closer to home, but will never forget what was done for me while here.

I made an appointment two days ago to go see Dr. Michael Thomas I get there at 12:50 fill out all my paperwork sitting in the waiting room. The girl that came in after me went first then another gentleman went. I thought wow busy office so finally they called me about 1220 put me in this little back room where the wall was all closed I saw the dental hygienist in the next office cleaning someone's teeth, the girl that walked in after me and heard everything no privacy at all for her felt bad still sitting it's now 110. No one came in to see me finally I'm bout 130 Tonia came in and said what are you here for today? I showed her the spot on my mouth and asked if it could be removed and I told her that she could do it. I didn't know what she was but then to come to find out she was a financial person , she said he would have to look at it 230 still sitting in the same chair to break it down, no one got to me. I walked out at 3:05 and was told we're so sorry no one got to you don't waste

The best dentist I have been to in my life
Dr.Mike is an amazing dentist,he has done so much work on me and some for no charge I might add,he is so caring and gentle and has got me in next day for pain on many occasions. There is only a cpl things I want to complain about. First,I have periodontal disease &I told him when I started going to him I didn't want to dump a whole bunch of money in my mouth for my teeth to fall out in a few years, but that is exactly what I did then he finally agreed to implants,2nd thing he wanted me to get partials so i paid 600$ for them for them to further mess up all my teeth up where the wires attached to my original teeth to hold the partial in place.I had a tooth pulled after so now I can't wear the partial because the tooth was a brace for the wire. Over all I love this dentist and wouldn't want to go anywhere else.

Won't go back
Had to wait two and a half hours to see him, and then he didn't address the issue I had. He had to leave for his Drs appointment! My time was not valuable. Will not go back.

I had braces put on by Dr. Thomas. There were several issues through the process. Once, I had to come in for a routine checkup. I waited in the room for hours, only for him to come in and tell me everything looked fine. When I told him that he should have let me know he was busy so I could reschedule the appointment instead of waiting, he told me I should learn the meaning of the word patience. Later, future dentists were shocked by the shoddy work of the permanent retainer he installed. It kept breaking and their solution was to just keep adding glue. Fortunately, dental professionals helped me to remove it so I can clean my teeth properly. I definitely recommend finding a different orthodontist.

I began writing a review but ran out of characters so starting over. In a nutshell, the place is SO cramped, piles of paper stacked everywhere, machines are dirty, and I caught COVID. They casually mentioned doing a panoramic (which is only to be done every 5 years) and machine had you stand right in the middle of the office. The tech had to move a bag of garbage setting where I needed to stand. Enough said. This place needs shut down by the dental health dept. No I'm not overly picky and critical but this was the most bizarre almost comical cleaning I've ever gone through. It hit me later they never even flossed my teeth. They were dropping tools, leaving the suction tool just laying on me until they need it again (while running). So odd. PLEASE SOMEONE SHUT THEM DOWN.

I'm really really nervous about dentists. For the past five years he's the only dentist I've ever trusted and he is amazing as far as being honest with you if he can help you. He takes time to talk to you about different options and his staff are always friendly and listen to you the patient of what you want I'm only 50 and I've been told by three other dentist that I need dentures but his opinion he said he can try to save most of my teeth if he can and I said sure because you told me I'm too young at 50 to have dentures now all my front teeth are fixed and have a beautiful smile because of him and his staff.

My adult friend had braces put on by Dr Thomas and had nothing but problems. Wires repeatedly broke and constantly being “repaired only to break again. When the process was finished her teeth are NOT straight! They’re uneven-unaligned and doesn’t look like she had braces at all. During treatment she continually asked about several brown sore spots on her teeth which she thought was decay. She was told it wasnt decay and nothing to be concerned with. She presently is seeing another dentist who was shocked at all the decay in her teeth .She also had to remove the permanent retainer by Dr Thomas put in— her present dentist was also shocked at the type of alliance—a wire with a large piece of plastic over it allowing food etc to lodge behind it causing more decay—one tooth even crumbling away. Thousands of dollars later —teeth look worse and almost every tooth needs dental work. Horrible!

My sister and I had to get braces from a different ortho after we got braces from "Dr" Thomas. The 2nd orthodontist still couldn't fix everything and we are both left with uneven teeth and that stuff they use to build teeth up with that I never gave them permission to use. Months after that stuff was put on, it chipped in two places. "Hey your front tooth is chipped" is what I got for a whole year because nobody wanted to fix it. I fixed it at home. WITH A NAIL FILE. I have so many horror storie
