Needed a tooth pulled. Corner of tooth wouldn’t go numb (that part wasn’t his fault. I’m sure it was infected)
However, he insisted it was simply pressure I was feeling. Called me honey (in a way that felt patronizing) and completely dismissed when I told him it was pain and not pressure. Will never return.

What a nightmare. Not only did he cause me excruciating pain, he completely screwed up 2 of my teeth, then he refused to take responsibility for it. I now have to wait years to have the two screwed up teeth repaired because insurance will not pay for the procedure again within 3 years. Worst dental experience ever.

I had a horrible experience! They first took like 18 x-rays. The cleaning was good, but they tried to tell me I had 6 cavities since my last appointment at a different dentist about 6 months ago. I went to another dentist to get a second opinion on the cavities, and he didn't see anything wrong. I was ripped off $400 because of those x-rays. Don't go here they just try to get your money, and I was stupid enough to allow them to take 18 x-rays. I don't trust him, the staff and will never go back!
